We define the problem, users and goals, and agree what version one needs to do.
I design a clickable prototype and test it with real users.
The team builds in short cycles, so you see progress and give feedback every step.
We launch, measure how people use it and plan the next improvements.

Most apps fail because they’re built before anyone checks what users actually need. As a product designer, I start with the problem: who the app is for, what they’re trying to do and the simplest version that proves it works. That keeps the first release focused, affordable and quick to launch.
I took my own product, Shiftaan, a shift and pay tracking app for security guards, from a problem I experienced myself through research, UX and design to a live product. I bring the same process to your idea: research, prototype, test, then build properly with a team of developers.
It depends on the features, platforms and integrations. After a discovery call, I’ll recommend a focused first version and give you a fixed quote for it.
If customers need it daily, offline or with notifications, a mobile app often makes sense. For many businesses, a fast web app does the job at a lower cost. I’ll advise honestly.
Yes. Discovery and prototyping are designed exactly for that. You get a tested concept before committing to a full build.
Yes. Cross-platform frameworks let us launch on both from one codebase, which saves time and cost.
You do. Once the project is paid, the design files, code and app store accounts belong to your business.
